£60-70k per annum iO Associates are seeking for a Pressure Compliance Lead to work with a consulting firm with broad expertise in asset management, construction, and engineering. They create creative and sustainable solutions for the built environment and significant infrastructure in close collaboration with their clients. Buildings and Development; Defence, Security, and Aerospace; Energy; Logistics and Transportation; Nuclear; Manufacturing and Technology; Rail; Waste and Utilities are the seven main industries in which they assist their clients. Required: Proficiency in managing technical paperwork, third-party activities, and conformance declarations, as well as in maintaining structural integrity and adhering to pressure regulations. Knowledge of pressure equipment design and operation using mechanical engineering (preferably RCC-M or ASME regulations). It is preferable to have chartered membership in a relevant professional organisation (like IMechE) or the ability to get chartership. Substantial background in managing assets or large-scale projects in regulated areas like petrochemical, nuclear, oil and gas, or power production. Responsibilities: Create and uphold the structural integrity and pressure systems compliance standards for the scope you have been assigned. Put project rules and procedures into action to guarantee adherence to safety standards. Serve as the technical decision-maker for the project's compliance with pressure systems, elevating problems as needed. In order to guarantee adherence to safety rules and structural integrity standards, serve as the single point of contact for pressure systems compliance and structural integrity requirements. This includes collaborating with internal teams, regulators, and the supply chain.
