Prestige Vehicle Technician Up to £40k per annum (DOE) Grays, Essex Permanent/Full Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8am – 6pm) Our client based in the Grays area of Essex, has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. Duties & Responsibilities: Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards. Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals. Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control. Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge. Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes. Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail. Providing your technical expert opinion to customers. Your Background & Skill: Previous experience with prestige brands within a main dealer or independent dealership. Strong communication skills.
