Are you a Maintenance Team Leader experienced with PPM?
THE JOB:
Assisting in general repairs and maintenance.
Carry out painting and decorating repairs as necessary.
Maintenance of up-to-date records of the PPM scheduled maintenance tasks.
Maintenance of the equipment, supplies, and tools to ensure they are ready to use as required.
Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and standards at all times, and that safe working practices are used.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Experience as a PPM Engineer for at least 1 year within a Hotel or a Private Members Club.
Can-do attitude and a positive approach to new challenges with a strong problem-solving focus.
Great team player yet able to work independently.
Reliable and excellent timekeeper.
THE PACKAGE:
£34K per annum + Service Charge.
45 hours per week on a 5 over 7 basis (no late evenings!).
