Pricing Analyst / Chester Location / Growing Healthcare Organisation / Salary £30,000 – £40,000 + Excellent Benefits / Permanent Opportunity / Career Development Pricing Analyst Benefits Salary £30,000 – £40,000 Career Development Opportunities Free Parking Pension Growing Organisation Pricing Analyst Overview NC Associates are working with a market leading healthcare provider based in Chester to help recruit a Pricing Analyst to support the senior management team in providing pricing and relevant data to help support the growth of the business. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing market trends, evaluating and producing pricing strategies, and providing insights that support our commercial objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pricing models and drive profitability. Pricing Analyst Duties Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify pricing trends, competitor pricing strategies, and customer preferences. Data Analysis : Analyse large datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations for pricing strategies. Pricing Strategy Development : Develop and implement pricing models and strategies that align with business goals and market conditions and deliver transparent pricing to customers. Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are effectively communicated and implemented. Reporting : Prepare and present detailed reports on weekly revenue and profit, pricing performance, market trends, and the competitive landscape. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements in pricing strategies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to support overall profitability. Customer Insights : Gather and analyse customer feedback to inform pricing decisions and enhance customer satisfaction. Pricing Analyst Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; desirable but not essential. 2+ years of experience in business analysis, pricing strategy, or a related role. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experience in market research and competitive analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What’s on Offer?
