The Opportunity: We’re looking for a Pricing Analyst to join our Commercial Team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our client reporting and relationship management strategies. You’ll help lead the plans for rent setting, yield management, and competitor analysis—all while driving value for our clients. In this role, you will create and maintain a competitor analysis database and tracker to support pricing and yield decisions, while developing, enhancing, and maintaining New Business pricing models to stay ahead of the market. You will prepare rent setting recommendations and analysis reports to enable informed decision-making, ensuring that pricing model assumptions remain market-competitive and deliver maximum value. Leading on analysis projects, you’ll provide actionable insights to key stakeholders, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, you will share best practices and drive continuous improvement across the team. About you: To succeed, you’ll need expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI to deliver impactful reports, alongside a solid understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data structuring concepts. Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS to manipulate and analyse complex datasets is essential. You’ll also bring experience in using analytics to solve business challenges, the ability to convey advanced statistical concepts in simple terms for stakeholders, and a self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the role offers an agile approach where, once established in the role, you’d be expected to work from the London office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday to Thursday) with the remainder of time working from home (if desired).
