Pricing Analyst, London, Westgate (Hybrid) Role Description

We are seeking a diligent and analytical Global Pricing Analyst to join our team. The Pricing Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that enhance profitability and market share. This role requires a strong understanding of pricing strategies, partner collaboration and attention to detail. Does this sound like what you're looking for? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update the global pricing and related tools. Monitor and analyse the performance of pricing strategies and make recommendations for adjustments. Collaborate with operations to streamline category definitions across regions. Collaborate with finance and product development teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business goals. Analysing the discounting trend and identifying the plans to reduce discounting. Assist and work closely on various pricing programmes related to automation and value-based pricing. Analyse market trends and competitor pricing to develop competitive pricing strategies. Conduct pricing analyses to support business decisions. Ensure pricing policies align with commercial policy and company standards. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel (this will be tested). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical partners. Thorough with strong commercial skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of pricing strategies and concepts, including cost-plus, value-based, and competitive pricing. 2 Years relevant experience. What you'll get from us
