The role involves designing and implementing tailored renewal pricing strategies that maximise retention and profitability while leveraging predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and tools like Earnix and Python to refine pricing models. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse customer behaviour, monitor market trends, develop targeted offers, and optimise processes through automation, AI, and advanced analytics, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry practices.
