Purpose Statement The core objective of this role is to support the Customer Services Manager and Divisional Managers to ensure effective application of pricing policies and accurate tender/quote documentation is supplied to the customer.

Key Responsibilities

Central point of contact for all pricing management. Responsible for correct sales deals and pricing information in SAP. Builds effective relationships with field sales to ensure compliance with Pricing Policy. Identifies and recommends action for pricing problems with Sales Managers. Effectively maintains internal tenders database. Coordinates and manages all tender administration. Builds effective relationships with Divisional Managers and secures quality time with them to discuss pricing, sales deals, and tenders reviews. Builds strong networks within BSC. As interface to Customers and Sales Representatives has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviours. Act as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related to his/her scope. Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
