JOB PURPOSE

In this role, you will support the Strategic Pricing team in its aim to drive revenue and EBIT by ensuring that Burberry maximizes its pricing potential globally, whilst maintaining consistency and adhering to our overall pricing strategies & principles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Seasonal pricing set up to ensure that global retail and wholesale prices are appropriately derived. Monitoring changing global macro-economic factors and highlighting the impact of these fluctuations. Producing regular pricing analyses including sales by price range analysis, the quarterly pricing bulletin, and price change impact analyses. Managing markdown price calculations and execution. Acting as liaison between business and BI pricing team. Supporting the Senior pricing analyst in Global price architecture analyses and other ad-hoc analyses.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Strong analytical and highly numerate individual with good verbal & written communication, facilitation, organization, and leadership skills. Strong commercial awareness of a retail business. Good understanding of micro and macro-economic factors that impact on global pricing. Good understanding of the factors affecting product margin. Must meet deadlines by mitigating risks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing as appropriate. Highly motivated, flexible, and conscientious with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
