Equip our sales teams with the insights and tools they need to effectively communicate our pricing strategies and secure deals. Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Leverage data analysis and reporting to track performance, identify areas for optimization, and inform strategic decisions. Collaborative Influencer:
Work cross-functionally with internal teams (product, operations, enablement) to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes. Act as a subject matter expert, resolving deal issues and sales escalations. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related field. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels. A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a passion for innovation and achieving ambitious goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and ideally pricing optimization tools. Great negotiation skills and experience with contractual terms. Advantageous: Experience with programmatic pricing models and platforms. Experience working within a global organization. Familiarity with the WPP network. A deep understanding of media buying models (e.g., CPM, CPC, CPA).
