We are currently recruiting for a Pricing Lead to join our established and experienced Pricing team here at RSA on a hybrid basis. Role Requirements

Your Role: As a Pricing Lead, you will play a critical role in driving strategic pricing and enhancing the organisation's pricing sophistication. This position offers significant exposure to senior pricing and underwriting stakeholders, with responsibility for overseeing high-profile projects that deliver measurable business impact. You will support, develop and motivate a team of pricing experts to ensure the timely and accurate provision of pricing models/actions to deliver agreed strategy and targets for a set of accounts or a portfolio. Overseeing high-profile initiatives focused on pricing enhancements, and the development of governance and optimisation frameworks. You will act as a key partner to senior pricing and underwriting stakeholders, providing actionable insights and ensuring alignment of pricing strategies with underwriting goals. Champion the integration of new data sources and advanced analytics techniques to improve pricing accuracy and decision-making. You will build and maintain good relationships across the Chief Underwriting Office (CUO) and wider business to support and align strategic objectives. The Individual

About You: You will have the ability to define and lead pricing strategies that align with business goals. Experience in managing high-impact projects and driving outcomes through cross-functional teams. Considerable capability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, including underwriting and executive leadership and be skilled in communicating highly detailed technical concepts in a clear and actionable way. Experience in using data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions. Balances technical rigor with commercial awareness to deliver practical solutions. Familiarity with pricing software such as Emblem, Radar, or similar platforms would be advantageous. What we offer you: At RSA we put our people first.
