As an E-Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and managing the pricing models and strategies for their E-Trade business. This role involves collaborating with various partners across the organisation, including underwriters, IT professionals, business intelligence teams, and other actuaries, to provide the best pricing technology and solution. Key Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for the pricing models that support the E-Trade business. Strategize and prioritise the deployment and development of pricing models, working closely with IT to ensure accurate implementation. Lead the monthly price monitoring process and expand coverage to include more products over time. Perform regular pricing reviews of e-traded products, analysing the portfolio and providing insights on risk quality and implications to pricing actions. Provide general pricing support to the business, including new product design, prospective partnerships, and data quality issues. Develop and implement a strategy and vision for e-Pricing. Qualifications Requirements & Experience: Proven experience within the general insurance industry. A strong background in leadership and team management. Strong pricing experience, preferably with system-integrated pricing models. (Experience working with IT on system-wide model implementation and/or data restructuring would be a plus.) Advanced data skills, with experience working with large datasets using SQL, SAS, R, or Python. Understanding of P&C products. Commercially minded.
