To support the implementation and delivery of commissioning functions of primary care services as delegated to the ICB on behalf of NHS England. Main duties of the job

Support the primary care team to ensure that the portfolio of programmes and projects is effectively planned, managed and delivered. Respond to communication from primary care contractors on operational, resilience and contractual issues. Working for our organisation

Knowledge, Training and Experience

Good understanding of continuing healthcare within the NHS and ability to communicate and negotiate effectively. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent experience. Experience and training in project management, financial management, or change management processes. Communication Skills

Clear communicator with excellent writing and presentation skills. Evidence of success in efficient project delivery. Skills for communication on complex matters requiring persuasion and influence. Skills for nurturing key relationships and maintaining networks. Analytical

Ability to analyse and interpret information and recommend appropriate actions. Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to unexpected demands. Attention to detail and ability to extract key messages from complex analysis. BSW ICB is obligated to manage conflicts of interest effectively.
