(Community Psychiatric Nurse)

Band 6 £39,912 - £48,635 per annum Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 37 hours per week Permanent post A vacancy has arisen for a Primary Care Mental Health Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in Uist and Barra. You will help to develop and improve services for people over 18 years of age with common mental health problems in primary care. The role includes working across designated GP practices and acts as the principal mental health conduit between primary and secondary mental health services, and as a single point of access to people who require mental health support. The post holder will support the CPN OOH service by means of a 1 in 4 rota. If this is the ideal post for you, please contact us.
