As a Primary Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting talented educators with schools in need. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining relationships with schools and educators. Understanding the needs of schools to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Conducting interviews and assessments for potential candidates. Managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Qualifications: Experience in education or recruitment is preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for education and helping others.
