Permanent, term-time only Essential Requirements: Qualification - NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation and Cooking Level 2 Food Safety The Role: The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service are maintained at all times. Locations: St Johns School, Kearsley, Church Road, Kearsley, Bolton, BL4 8AP - 25 hours Queensbridge School, St Germaine Street, Farnworth, BL4 7BL - 30 hours Eagley Infant School, Stonestead Drive, Bromley Cross, Bolton, BL7 9LN - 30 hours About You: Great practical skills are essential for this hands-on role. You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, used to cooking for large numbers, and ideally have a school catering background with an understanding of portion control, budgets, and ordering.
