Essential Requirements:
Qualification - NVQ Level 2 Food Preparation and Cooking.
Level 2 Food Safety.
The Role:
The overall management of a school catering operation, monitoring and controlling the catering service to ensure that quality and consistency of service are maintained at all times.
Locations:
Cherry Tree Primary School, Highfield Road, Farnworth, Bolton, BL4 0NS - 37 hours
The Oaks Primary School, Sharples Hall Drive, Bolton, BL1 7HS - 30 hours
About You:
Great practical skills are essential for this hands-on role. You will need to be determined, energetic with great organisational skills, used to cooking for large numbers, and ideally have a school catering background with an understanding of portion control, budgets and ordering.
