Immediate start available We are looking for caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our team in Braintree, Essex. The perfect candidates will have a genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, helping them grow, and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the classroom. If you’re someone who enjoys working with children and believes in making a difference, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Help teachers create fun and engaging lessons that inspire and support children’s learning. Work one-on-one or in small groups with students who need a little extra help. Assist children with their personal development, academic progress, and social skills. Ensure every child feels safe, valued, and included in the learning environment. Contribute ideas and resources to make learning even more exciting and accessible. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children is helpful, but not essential. This could be through childcare, tutoring, volunteering, or any relevant experience. A genuine love for working with children and a strong desire to help them learn and grow. GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications. Team player with the ability to work independently when needed. Patience, kindness, and a positive attitude! Requirements: Right to work in the UK without sponsorship. A valid child-only DBS check on the update service, or a willingness to apply for one. The ability to adapt to different needs and learning styles, ensuring every child feels supported.
