Assist the classroom teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities. Provide one-on-one or small group support and interventions for students and encourage them to engage in their learning. Promote a positive and inclusive class environment, encouraging all children to reach their full potential. A recognised Teaching Assistant (TA) qualification is required. Experience:
Ideally, experience supporting individuals with SEND, either in a school, care or other setting. Skills:

Mainstream primary school in the Workington area with a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM Monday to Friday (we may also consider part-time applications for this position).
