We are seeking an experienced

SENCo

to join a three-form entry primary school in Croydon. The position is for

4 or 5 days per week

with an

immediate start . The role is initially long-term until the end of the academic year, with the potential for continuation into the next year. The ideal candidate will have

previous experience as a SENCo , though a formal SENCo qualification is not required.

Key Responsibilities: Overseeing and coordinating the provision for children with special educational needs Supporting teachers in implementing effective strategies and interventions for SEN students Developing and maintaining SEN support plans Monitoring progress and tracking the outcomes for students with additional needs Liaising with parents, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students Providing guidance and training to staff on SEN issues and best practices If you are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs in Croydon and are looking for a rewarding role, we would love to hear from you.
