Competitive Are you an experienced and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with ASD and challenging behavior? A mainstream primary school in Peterlee is seeking dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil, providing consistent and flexible assistance throughout the school day. Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil with ASD and challenging behavior. Work within the classroom and lead small group sessions. Support the pupil in sensory rooms and other areas outside the classroom. Build strong, trustworthy relationships with the pupil and their family. Qualifications:

Experience supporting pupils with ASD (in or outside a school setting). Resilient and flexible approach to adapting to the pupil’s needs. A friendly, bubbly personality with a strong presence in challenging situations. Self-determined and committed to going the extra mile for pupil success. Benefits:
