Our client is looking for an experienced Acoustic Consultant to join their consultancy that specialises in monitoring, modelling, and noise impact assessments with projects across private and public sectors. The firm are expanding into London and looking for a candidate with extensive experience to support grow the team.

Principal Acoustic Consultant Requirements:

Relevant Acoustics degree or similar

Knowledge of a noise modelling software ideally CadnaA

Proficient with Excel

Extensive experience in a similar role

Full UK driving license

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA)

CSCS Card (Desirable)

Principal Acoustic Consultant Duties:

Prepare fee proposals

Noise modelling work using CadnaA

Prepare and complete technical reports

Liaise with clients regarding project requirements

Noise data analysis, calculations, and predictions

Environmental noise assessment and surveys

Site visits

Manage junior members of staff

Business development to support London office expansion
