What the role involves

• 1.Translate AI leadership thinking into compelling propositions.
• Build a deep understanding of client context, needs and priorities.
• Develop proposals and convert opportunities into engagements.
• Design and facilitate workshops, programmes and leadership sessions for senior teams, acting as co-facilitator on larger engagements.
• Leading client engagements end-to-end, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Build relationships with mission-aligned organisations and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Skills and requirements

• ~8+ years’ experience in strategy consulting, leadership consulting, or programme design.
• 1 - 2 years’ experience working in AI, technology or innovation.
• Lead in our Practice, as well as a Partnerships Associate.

Confirmed role details

• Hybrid working (2-3 days in our London office).
