You will serve as a key escalation point within the support team, playing a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our Managed Service offering.

Acting as a technical escalation point within the team, managing and resolving complex Microsoft Azure incidents, changes, service requests, and problem records

Meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager

Collaborating with the DevOps team to build, automate, and continually improve the Managed Service

Partnering with the Service Delivery team to ensure customers receive exceptional support and service

We'd love you to have

Strong proficiency in scripting languages, including

Python ,

Bash , and

PowerShell

Practical experience with

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

tools such as

Terraform

Expertise with

Git

and CI/CD tools, especially

GitHub Actions

Hands-on experience managing

Kubernetes

in an enterprise environment

In-depth knowledge of enterprise database systems like

SQL

and

MySQL

A solid understanding of networking concepts, including

TCP/IP ,

DNS ,

load balancers , and

firewalls

A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies
