Registered Building Inspector - Class 2F
You must be registered as a 2D surveyor already and be prepared to increase your class within 12 - 18 months.
Salary up to £80k plus benefits.
A commercially focused Building Control Inspector with experience in commercial projects. There is no expectation to win new business nor bring clients along with you.
This role has a strong handover owing to a retiring surveyor leaving in the Spring. You won't have any messy legacy projects to contend with.
The projects will vary across hotels, mixed-use developments, residential flat blocks, hospitals, and more.
About the Role
As a Building Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients.
