They are looking for a talented and experienced Principal CAE Engineer to lead the Analysis team to deliver efficient structural engineering solutions within the Automotive sector. Lead the Analysis team in the generation of CAE models of structural components, typically metallic and composite structures for the automotive, rail, aerospace, and defence sectors within quality guidelines and be a hands-on leader. Lead idea generation and problem resolution sessions through day-to-day working and structured Design Reviews. Work closely with Engineering Designers to develop load paths, layout, and optimisation of structures to ensure the lightest and most cost-effective high-performance solutions.
