Overview of the role Principal CIL/S106 Officer to lead the governance and management of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts and Section 106 (S106) funds. Responsibilities and Duties Lead the governance, administration, and management of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) receipts and Section 106 (S106) funds. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies while delivering community benefits. Provide expert advice to developers, councilors, and stakeholders on CIL and S106 matters. Collaborate with service departments, infrastructure providers, and organizations to manage expenditure effectively. Analyze funding, produce reports, and manage projects to support team and organizational improvements.
