Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage a team of engineers, with plans to expand in the coming year. Guide, mentor, and oversee team deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Technical Expertise: Utilise MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage and Civil 3D software for design work. Apply your expertise in producing and reviewing Section 278, Section 38, and Section 104 agreements.
- Project Delivery: Write and review Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs) and deliver high-quality technical designs. Oversee and contribute to CAD drawings to ensure accurate and efficient project documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong proficiency in MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, Civil 3D, and CAD, with experience writing FRAs and a solid understanding of relevant Section agreements (S278, S38, S104).
- Ability to work in a small office environment, taking initiative and adapting to varied project needs.
