Responsibilities: Leading and managing the design of highways, drainage, and utilities for major developments. Preparing and reviewing technical reports, including Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies. Mentoring and managing junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Acting as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships. Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting the growth of the team's workload. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
