The role also involves providing a consultation model of support with staff members, team leads/managers as well as teams whose role it is to support staff and teams. The post holder will continue the work shaping team and organisational culture where mental health is considered and supported. This will be through facilitating workshops, teaching and training, ensuring wellbeing is considered at key time points in a staff member's employment and influencing policy and processes.
