As the Principal Clinical/Forensic/Counselling Psychologist, you will be working in an integral role that combines clinical expertise with leadership, providing psychological assessments, therapy, and support to adults with complex mental health conditions. You will: Deliver One-to-One Therapy:

Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to help them overcome emotional and psychological challenges. Lead Psychological Assessments:

Perform in-depth psychological assessments and create tailored treatment plans to meet individual needs. Facilitate Group Therapy:

Use evidence-based practices to run group therapy sessions addressing collective emotional and psychological needs. Work with Multidisciplinary Teams (MDT):

Collaborate with a dedicated MDT, contributing to holistic care plans, case reviews, and care planning. Contribute to Service Development:

Take an active role in shaping the future of the service, introducing innovative therapies and improving service delivery. Support and Mentor:

Provide reflective practice spaces, training, and development for other professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning. What We're Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience:

HCPC-registered Psychologist with membership in a recognised professional association. Proven experience in providing one-to-one therapy for clients with complex mental health conditions. Expertise in conducting psychological assessments, developing formulations, and delivering psychometric evaluations. Experience in facilitating group therapy and leading therapeutic interventions. Strong understanding of adult mental health services and a commitment to evidence-based practice. Why Join Us?
