If you face cumbersome approval paths and blockers with anything new, we encourage our leadership to develop and implement concepts that can improve our performance, but also have a major improvement in our client outcomes. Oversight of successful delivery of our programs is, of course, critical. We have a range of national and regional work with our clients, but alongside this, our objective is to appoint and support someone who will contribute to our continued growth, and do so in parallel to their own development, playing a leading part. Your job in a nutshell: The consultant we are looking for is a specialist and leader in healthcare with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry. With deep experience of healthcare systems, processes, architecture and delivering digital transformation programmes and solutions to healthcare providers across the UK. They will have extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: digital strategy, technical project management, operational processes, health technology, enterprise and business architecture. The candidate will have experience, and be confident in engaging with senior level clinicians, CIO, CDIOs and CCIOs across the organisation. In addition, they will have business acumen and play a senior role holding delivery responsibility and critical roles in growing the business. You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement. You are responsible for converting net new or existing business into high degrees of client satisfaction. You have experience and high-level business / industry relationships that results in high-impact, revenue generating account growth. You are capable of leading large teams while providing deep subject matter expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.
