The success of our Data Engineering and Data Science teams means that customers are bringing us an increasing number of exciting data projects using cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems. We are looking for a strong data and AI advocate who combines delivery and commercial experience to identify, secure and shape new business across public and private sectors. MINIMUM (ESSENTIAL) REQUIREMENTS:

Can build credibility and communicate effectively with C-level stakeholders; sustaining relationships with decision makers. Understands and is able to articulate the value an organisation can gain from their data, and through AI, in line with their business goals. Has advised customers on how to improve their data and AI maturity and identified compelling opportunities, leaning on their understanding of competitors, partners and trends in data science and engineering. Has worked with data and AI technology SMEs and sales people team to define and shape go-to-market offerings as well as develop data opportunities. Understands modern enterprise architecture patterns. Track record in delivering data and AI oriented solutions including data warehousing, operational insight, data management or business intelligence. Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of helping win new business where personal expertise was a factor. Clear written and verbal communications; able to communicate with a wide range of people and to gather requirements. Motivate and empower teams to create an inclusive and creative culture for our people to perform well, learn and grow with a focus on wellbeing. DESIRABLE:

Has a visible presence in the industry, sharing their opinions on AI and Data. Has built partner relationships to secure commercial opportunities and ensure that solutions are using market-leading technology. Familiar with the data and AI challenges within one or more of: national government, healthcare, financial services, insurance. So what are you waiting for?
