We are looking for motivated experienced Principal Dental Nurses to join our dental management team. The successful candidate will have experience working within the Dental/Maxillofacial environment and will have the management skills and knowledge required to be a leader and role model. We have specialists in Maxillofacial Surgery, Orthodontics, Paediatric, and Restorative Dentistry. Main duties of the job

We are looking for 3 enthusiastic and self-motivated, qualified GDC registered Principal Dental Nurses to lead the Restorative Dentistry Department, Orthodontic Department, and Paediatric Department. The candidate needs to be a role model for high standards, professional behaviour, and upholding the Trust Values. You will need to have experience and knowledge within the specialty and to be team-focused with excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and commitment to patient care. Qualifications

Registered Dental Nurse and professional registration Post-Graduate Qualification Experience

Evidence of ongoing professional development Ability to prioritise and organise work under pressure At least 5 years experience post qualification Advanced knowledge and experience in all dental procedures including implants and surgical procedures Previous managerial leadership experience Experience within a secondary care setting Restorative Dentistry experience Paediatric nursing experience Orthodontic nursing experience Knowledge

Able to prioritise and work well under pressure Computer and IT literate Knowledge of NHS Policies and protocols Disclosure and Barring Service Check
