Principal Engineer

to join the team and lead the technical aspects of bridge engineering projects. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and successful delivery of a variety of bridge projects, while ensuring all work meets safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the technical aspects of bridge engineering projects from concept to completion. Conduct structural analysis and design for different types of bridges (concrete, steel, composite). Prepare and review technical documents, including plans, specifications, and estimates. Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team. Oversee the quality control of engineering calculations, designs, and documents. Ensure project deliverables are met on time and in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Chartered Engineer with ICE or IStructE. Minimum 7 years of experience in bridge engineering design and construction. Proficiency in structural analysis software (AEC RSA, MIDAS, IDEA StatiCa). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Additional Requirements: Valid driver's license and ability to travel to site locations as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
