A Multi-disciplinary Consultancy who specialises in the Built Environment are seeking a CDM Consultant to act as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor over a broad range of projects, from a Skyscraper in the London skyline to a Premier League Football Stadium. This role offers great support and progression as the Consultancy believes that education is key. The Consultancy operates a hybrid policy, so you will enjoy a great work-life balance, as autonomy is key.
The CDM Consultant Role
As a Principal Designer & CDM Advisor, you will manage and advise on all design safety risks for the portfolio of projects within the pre-construction phase. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client-facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.
The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:
NEBOSH Construction (required) Tech IOSH (minimum) APS membership (required) Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a CDM role (required) Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
