Principal Development Engineer - Highways Development Control Team To prepare policies for and manage, monitor, and review the implementation and adoption of third-party highway works through Highways and Planning legislation to ensure such works are delivered in accordance with the Council’s policies, objectives and programmes, planning approvals, highway design standards, and legal, health and safety, and financial regulations.
