As a Principal Digital Strategist within Adobe Professional Services, you will guide our strategic customers through their digital transformation journey with Adobe. You'll help them envision a future beyond today's scope, creating lasting value and partnership. What you will do

Lead digital strategy and value realization on Adobe’s largest and most sophisticated services engagements. Create a North Star vision for Adobe customers using your industry expertise. Collaborate with executive teams across the customer’s organization to maximize returns from technology investments. Develop strong cases to guide and gain sponsorship for digital programs. Lead cross-functional delivery teams to define innovative business use cases driving towards vision realization. Define roadmaps to deliver clients’ optimal state and activation of targeted use cases. Assess organizational readiness and design strategies to realize the required business architecture. Develop organizational change strategies and lead all aspects of execution to secure adoption. Proactively develop Adobe’s POV and customer success plans on critical digital marketing topics. Continually expand Adobe’s relationships and services role within client engagements. Contribute significantly to strategic sales motions, establishing executive relationships and gaining customer commitment. Build a catalogue of measurable Customer Value & Adobe Value stories. Mentor Junior Delivery Consultants and Sellers to evolve Professional Services capability. Act as an Adobe Professional Services brand champion, speaking at events and publishing authoritative content across approved channels. What You Need to Succeed

10+ years’ experience leading digital strategy and organizational change for a top management consulting firm, top digital agency or top digital marketing consultancy. Strong executive presence and interpersonal skills. An entrepreneurial approach with initiative, resourcefulness, risk-taking ability. Proven track record identifying new opportunities and driving business growth. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence executives, collaborate with customers, partners, and team members. Ability to adapt style and communication to diverse audiences. The confidence to hold both customer and Adobe teams accountable. Validated and quantifiable experience retaining and growing accounts. Strong experience guiding customers to adopt new and emerging technologies. A library of business cases and a resulting trail of realized business value across a range of enterprise level digital transformation programmes. Current knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions. Multiple examples of externally published content on digital transformation topics. PROSCI Change Management certified.
