We are seeking a Principal Ecologist to join a dynamic, passionate environmental team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage diverse projects across the UK!

Responsibilities of a Principal Ecologist: Lead projects, manage budgets, attend client meetings, and oversee bid production. Mentor and manage a team, ensuring technical quality in deliverables. Conduct and supervise ecological surveys, including EcIA, HRA, PEAs, and biodiversity strategies.

Requirements for the role of a Principal Ecologist: Proven leadership in managing teams and projects, with experience in client relations and bid production. Expertise in EcIA, HRA, biodiversity assessments, and related legislation. Licenses for protected species (GCN, bats) and extensive field survey experience.
