Principal Educational Psychologist Location:
Euxton, Chorley, Lancashire, with frequent travel to schools across the Trust Type:
Full-time, Permanent Salary:
£58,887 - £64,473 per annum What You'll Do: Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, SENCOs, and families to address diverse learning and behavioral needs. Provide expert assessments and interventions, fostering positive outcomes for students. Develop tailored strategies for emotional well-being and academic success. Offer guidance to school teams, equipping them to deliver therapeutic interventions and inclusive practices. Who We're Looking For: Strong understanding of child development, trauma, and attachment theories. Experience delivering outcomes-focused therapy to children and families. Significant experience participating in multi-agency planning and safeguarding processes, including Early Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection. Knowledge of SEND, relevant legislation, and best practices in educational psychology. Experience managing or contributing to educational psychology services (desirable).
