This role will be employed by Ambition Community Trust. Both Trusts will be working closely to create a thriving Therapeutic Team to support schools across both Trusts. By joining forces in recruitment, both Trusts will ensure that our psychologists are not working in isolation and have access to a diverse and stimulating workload. The Trustees at Ambition Community Trust are seeking to appoint a Principal Educational Psychologist to establish and lead our Therapeutic Team. This team will consist of educational psychologists, school counsellors, and therapists, working collaboratively to provide holistic support for our pupils. The team's primary focus will be to foster the mental, emotional, and social well-being of our students, enabling them to reach their full academic and personal potential. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment that meets the diverse needs of all pupils, particularly those who are vulnerable or have special educational needs. The role will involve close collaboration with Victorious Academies Trust to attract and recruit highly qualified candidates for our Educational Psychologist team. Soulbury B Point 6 (£61,848) to Point 8 (£63,836) + up to 3 SPA points Reports to:

Director of Relational Inclusion, Ambition Community Trust Ambition Community Trust aims to establish a comprehensive therapeutic team integrating educational psychologists, school counsellors, and therapists to offer holistic support to pupils. This initiative will focus on nurturing the mental, emotional, and social well-being of students, empowering them to reach their full academic and personal potential. We are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment that meets the varied needs of all pupils, especially those who are vulnerable or have special educational needs. Supervision will be provided for the Principal Educational Psychologist, and we expect that relevant Continuing Professional Development (CPD) will be undertaken.
