As a Principal Engineer, responsibilities include: Analyzing software products (COTS, bespoke, modified COTS) to develop effective support strategies using established processes. Reviewing software documentation to produce system-level software support case reports with clear, actionable recommendations. Supporting stakeholder engagement by attending collaboration working groups to provide maintenance design input. Offering software subject matter expertise to the wider ILS community and facilitating the alignment of software analysis outputs with other stakeholders' deliverables. What You'll Bring
Essential Skills and Experience: A degree or equivalent experience in the software support discipline. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional IT skills and the ability to navigate complex software support challenges to identify critical issues.
