They're looking for an experienced individual to work on projects within the tunnelling industry as well as above ground structures and large Infrastructure projects. Provide technical support to the sectors of the business Support tendering developing construction methodology, Lead the projects through the preconstruction design phase producing designs, as well as provide technical support through the construction phase supporting the site teams. Lead and manage design teams in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for major projects. Liaise with external consultant Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior design engineers. Ensure all designs meet safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Oversee the integration of design changes, addressing any technical challenges that arise during project development.
