Responsibilities: Responsible for project delivery of slope engineering projects in stages of Investigation, Design and Construction, including LPMit programme, preventive maintenance programme, DH orders etc. Manage team members to undertake desk study, safety screen study, detailed design of slope work. Contract procurement and administration of construction contract of slope work. Project management of slope engineering projects. Set business goal to develop the capability of team members in slope engineering. Identify opportunities, lead and support business development and bidding activities. Establish, develop and maintain relationships with key existing and prospective clients. Requirements: Member of HKIE or other equivalent professional bodies in Civil and/or Geotechnical discipline; At least 8 years of working experience, of which minimum 5 years in geotechnical design and supervision; Design experiences of ground investigation, slope stabilization work and natural terrain hazard mitigation work; Experience in managing projects and leading a design team for carrying out slope projects, including LPMit programme and preventive maintenance programme; Ability to identify and develop business opportunities; Good communication skill in English and Cantonese. Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Principal Engineer.
