Job Summary As a Technical Programme Manager, you will play a key role in bridging the technical and management domains, driving the development and execution of critical programs throughout the product lifecycle, including design and development activities from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life. You will collaborate with development managers, engineers, and multi-functional teams across systems, software, operations, and product to ensure the flawless delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

Work with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce products on schedule based on product specifications.

Manage the execution of engineering solutions, which could include Architecture, Silicon, Hardware, Mechanical, Power, FW, System SW, Higher level SW stack, Test, Diagnostics.

Ensure the manufacturability, reliability, and serviceability of designs.

Lead weekly program core team meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, track progress, and ensure that the program is on track to meet upcoming milestones.

Maintain documentation throughout the development cycle and disseminate project information to stakeholders, customers and partners.

Publish appropriate metrics such as KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), as required by the program.

Own product development plan which includes product scope, features, technical assessments, risk management, resource management and schedule management independently.

Manage development activities and drive product delivery on time.

Manage product issues closure in a timely manner by driving internal functional teams and external partners.

Lead process improvement initiatives in addition to managing day to day project execution.

Understand individual functional area challenges, deliverables and project critical path.

Candidate Profile Essential:

BSc or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant Applied Science/Engineering discipline.

5+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a technical program management role, ideally within multi-functional teams.

Experience as an exceptional individual with a mixture of technical, project management and interpersonal skills.

Experience in a global working environment, global companies and partners.

Desirable

Understanding of AI System-level platforms and how each component interacts with the system.

A detailed understanding of datacentre and/or consumer electronics design, including critical interfaces.
