Requirements: We are looking for candidates with proven experience in release management and release automation of product quality system software. A solid background in software building and build management for official downstream software release candidates and formal releases is required. Additionally, engineering management experience leading a diverse team across multiple locations is essential.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience: Experience in the release management of production quality firmware in the server segment is a bonus. Hands-on experience with Yocto SDK, defect triaging, and defect management experience in system software releases will also be beneficial. Familiarity with quality assurance of platform software for server platforms and open-source projects such as Linux Kernel, TF-A, EDK II, and OpenBMC is appreciated.

Your Responsibilities: As a Software Team Leader, my responsibilities include overseeing release engineering and branch management for production firmware releases. I ensure the provision of tested releases of production-quality downstream firmware to our partners and work collaboratively to develop release plans with various stakeholders. I'm also responsible for documenting release notes and effectively communicating with internal and external collaborators. Management of the entire release process, including branch management and all aspects of software version control, is part of my role, as is managing CI pipelines for downstream firmware release processes. Additionally, I will provide line management, coaching, and mentoring to my team of highly skilled software engineers.
