Staff find Avanti Park to be a wonderful place to work, with "warm, friendly relationships underpinning a calm and joyful atmosphere," (OFSTED). Our staff are inspired and passionate about their roles, the vision of the school, and providing the most fulfilling learning experience for pupils. “When I stepped into Avanti Park, the first thing I noticed was that they don’t just talk about valuing the whole child. It’s evidenced by discussions around spirituality within lessons and PSHE, conversations with children, yoga lessons and much more. It’s about giving them the tools to embody spirituality daily,” Simon Goldsworthy, Assistant Principal.
