Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Extensive experience with React.js and state management libraries such as MobX or Redux. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS/LESS, and experience with styled components. Deep understanding of build tools and module bundlers like NPM, Webpack, Gulp, or Grunt. Proven experience in developing and maintaining single-page applications (SPAs). Familiarity with mobile development using Cordova or React Native is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent. Core Duties

Responsibilities

Architect and implement state management solutions using MobX or Redux. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create responsive, intuitive user interfaces using HTML, CSS/SASS/LESS, and styled components. Optimize build processes and workflows using NPM, Webpack, and other build tools (Gulp/Grunt). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed. Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve the development process and application performance. Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless integration of frontend components with APIs and services. Oversee the development and maintenance of mobile applications using Cordova or React Native, if required. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We Offer
