You will drive the development of innovative game mechanics, systems, and features, ensuring they align with the overall design goals and deliver an exceptional player experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of game designers, providing guidance, support, and feedback Collaborate with cross-functional teams including art, engineering, and production to ensure the successful implementation of game features Create comprehensive design documentation, including game mechanics, systems, and level designs Iterate and refine game mechanics and systems based on playtest feedback and player analytics Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and innovate the design process Minimum Requirements

Extensive experience as a game designer, preferably in a senior or principal role Proven track record of designing and shipping successful AAA games Strong knowledge of game design principles and methodologies Exceptional creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of player motivations Benefits
