Wood is currently recruiting for a Principal Control & Instrument Designer to work on a hybrid basis in the Aberdeen office. The candidate should have extensive experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or similar sectors of the industry to provide support to our Client in the execution of projects and modifications, on a contract basis for 12 months, with an expected extension. Responsibilities:
Be technically astute and conversant with the latest advances in technology. Deliver documentation that is technically correct to the required standard and schedule. Understand and control Material Take Off. Have experience in a similar role within the contractor environment. Review Engineering Flow Diagrams and Piping Layouts and Models with reference to assigned equipment.
